Job Description
LATAM Credit Trader
To make markets on Latin American Corporate and Sovereign USD debt instruments to BancaIMI's Clients both electronically and voice. To work in team with the second NY trader and the rest of the desk in Milan and to interact proactively with the salesforce across the NY, London and Milan hubs.
Duties and Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:
Job Requirements
The candidate should have a minimum of 5 year experience in a relevant NY-based market player as a market maker of LATAM Bonds and be well connected and networked with the NYC traders/brokers/clients community
Must be self-disciplined, and be a strong team-player An entrepreneurial approach is required Ability to manage the liquidity risks of a credit market-making book as well as the rate, FX, credit, basis and financing risks, and the use of cash, derivatives and repo instruments to hedge them. Solid communication skills are essential for this role within a multi-location team.
