Client Services Representative - PTSG Exchange Billing

The PTSG Exchange billing team is responsible for managing the invoicing process for all Exchange fees allocated to the Line of Business accurately and timely across the relevant client base. The team leverages data feeds from the various exchanges and our internal Electronic Billing System (EBS) to automate the bulk of this allocation process to clients. The team is looking for a candidate to help oversee this automated process and reconcile and address items that fall outside of the automated process. The job entails working closely with technology, exchanges, core operations team and client services to timely and accurately reconcile breaks, perform month end controls for accuracy and completeness, distribution of invoices and tracking of open receivables.

Duties and Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in this role include the following:

  • Timely reconciliation of billing exceptions/breaks resolution​​​​

  • Monitoring of exchange feeds into electronic billing system​​​​

  • Working with technology, exchanges and line of business to adapt to changing market rules and charges​​​​

  • Controls functions related to accuracy and completeness of monthly billing process​​​​

  • Reporting and resolution of open receivables​​​​


Job Requirements

  • Options market experience including how trades are booked, cleared and reconciled vs the exchanges​​​​

  • Knowledge of various exchange markets​​​​

  • Proficiency in Excel​​​​

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal business partners and clients​​​​
